Order details (name, email, delivery address, phone number where given), your purchase and subscription history, and any messages you send us. If you join our mailing list we store your email address and the date you subscribed.

We also collect basic, anonymised analytics about how the site is used, such as pages visited and device type.

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment providers. Card details are entered directly with them and are never stored on our systems.

To take payment, fulfil and deliver your order, manage subscriptions, answer your questions, and — only with your consent — send occasional emails about new batches and new bars.

Only the services needed to run the shop: Shopify (store and checkout), our delivery carriers, and our email provider. We never sell or rent your details.

Order records are kept for six years to meet UK tax requirements. Mailing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe.
