Order details (name, email, delivery address, phone number where given), your purchase and subscription history, and any messages you send us. If you join our mailing list we store your email address and the date you subscribed.

With your permission, we also record how you arrived (for example, the campaign link you followed) and the page you landed on. We do not attach your name, email, address or IP address to that record.

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment providers. Card details are entered directly with them and are never stored on our systems.

To take payment, fulfil and deliver your order, manage subscriptions, answer your questions, and — only with your consent — send occasional emails about new batches and new bars.

Only the services needed to run the shop: Shopify (our commerce platform, store and checkout), our delivery carriers, and our email provider. We never sell or rent your details.

Order records are kept for six years to meet UK tax requirements. Mailing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw marketing consent at any time — every email has an unsubscribe link. Email hello@eatstandards.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
