Each box contains 7 × approximately 48g bars. Because we use natural ingredients, weight, colour, texture and nutritional values may vary slightly between batches. Photography is representative.

Our bars contain MILK. They are made in a kitchen that handles milk and nuts, so we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. If you have a serious allergy, please contact us before ordering.

Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. A box of seven bars is £26 as a one-off, or the subscriber price of £23.40 per box on subscription. Delivery is free to eligible postcodes in Broadstairs, Margate and Ramsgate, applied automatically at standard checkout. Elsewhere in mainland UK you choose 48-hour postage for £3 or express 24-hour postage for £4.50; both delivery times run from Tuesday dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees. Payment is taken at checkout by Shopify and its payment providers.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated subscriber price until cancelled. You choose delivery every week, every two weeks or every month. You may pause, skip or cancel at any time before your next dispatch day. Prices may change with at least 14 days’ notice by email.

First box £20. Then the subscriber price of £23.40 per box. New subscriptions only. First box only. Ends 11:59pm GMT, 30 November 2026. Launch price applied at checkout. Your first subscription box includes 48-hour postage after dispatch. Express postage is not included. The basket may show the subscriber price of £23.40 before checkout. Orders still dispatch weekly; the 48 hours run from dispatch and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Later boxes are charged at the subscriber price. The offer ends automatically at 11:59pm GMT on 30 November 2026.

• Applies to your first Standards box only, whether bought once or as the first box of a subscription.
• One claim per customer and household.
• Email hello@eatstandards.com within 14 calendar days of delivery with your order number and a short explanation of why the product wasn’t for you.
• No food return is required.
• We refund the full amount you actually paid for the first box, including any standard delivery charge paid, to your original payment method.
• We issue refunds promptly; your payment provider or bank can take 5–10 working days to process them.
• The guarantee does not apply to later subscription renewals.
• Faulty, damaged, missing or misdescribed goods remain covered separately under our returns policy.

This voluntary guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please provide accurate address details; we cannot refund orders lost due to an incorrect address.

Our bars are perishable food and are exempt from the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right. Your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are unaffected — see our returns page.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
