Terms & conditions
These terms apply to every order placed through this website. Placing an order means you accept them.

Products and descriptions
Each box contains 7 × approximately 48g bars. Because we use natural ingredients, weight, colour, texture and nutritional values may vary slightly between batches. Photography is representative.
Allergens
Our bars contain MILK. They are made in a kitchen that handles milk and nuts, so we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. If you have a serious allergy, please contact us before ordering.
Prices and payment
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. A box of seven bars is £26 as a one-off, or £23.40 on subscription. Delivery is free to CT7–CT12 postcodes and £2.85 elsewhere in mainland UK, calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at checkout by Shopify and its payment providers.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated price until cancelled and save 10% against the one-off price. You choose delivery every week, every two weeks or every month. You may pause, skip or cancel at any time before your next dispatch day. Prices may change with at least 14 days’ notice by email.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please provide accurate address details; we cannot refund orders lost due to an incorrect address.
Cancellation and returns
Our bars are perishable food and are exempt from the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right. Your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are unaffected — see our returns page.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
