New address or postcode? Update it before your next billing date and delivery is recalculated: free to CT7–CT12, £2.85 elsewhere in mainland UK.
Update payment
Replace an expired card or change payment method securely — we never see or store your card details.
Cancel any time
No minimum term, no phone calls, no retention hoops. Cancel in the portal and you are done immediately.
Subscription questions
- When am I charged?
- On the day each box ships. Your first charge is at checkout, then on the same cycle you chose — weekly, fortnightly or monthly. We email you before every renewal.
- How much do I save?
- Subscribers pay £23.40 a box instead of £26 — 10% off, on every single box, for as long as you subscribe.
- Do I pay postage on a subscription?
- Delivery to CT7, CT8, CT9, CT10, CT11 and CT12 is free and hand delivered. Anywhere else in mainland UK adds £2.85 tracked postage per box.
- Can I change the frequency after ordering?
- Yes. Open your subscription in the portal and pick a new frequency. It applies from your next delivery onwards.
- What if I miss the cut-off to skip?
- If a box has already been charged, email us and we will either refund it or credit your next delivery — whichever you prefer.
