How does the launch offer work?
New subscriptions only: your first box is £20 and includes 48-hour postage after dispatch within our existing UK delivery area; express postage is not included. After that, the subscriber price of £23.40 per box. The basket shows £23.40; the launch price is applied at checkout. Orders still dispatch weekly, and delivery estimates are not guarantees. The offer ends 11:59pm GMT, 30 November 2026.
When am I charged?
On the day each box ships. Your first charge is at checkout, then on the same cycle you chose — weekly, fortnightly or monthly. We email you before every renewal.
What is the subscriber price?
£23.40 per box of seven, compared with £26 for a one-off box. It applies from your second box; your first box is £20.
What is the first-box satisfaction guarantee?
Try Dark Cacao. If it isn't for you, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund your first box in full — one-off or first subscription box. One claim per customer and household; later renewals aren't covered. Full conditions are on our returns page.
Do I pay postage on a subscription?
Your first subscription box includes 48-hour postage after dispatch, within our UK delivery area. Express postage is not included. After that, delivery is free to eligible postcodes in Broadstairs, Margate and Ramsgate; elsewhere in mainland UK, choose 48-hour postage for £3 or express 24-hour postage for £4.50.
Can I change the frequency after ordering?
Yes. Contact us and we'll update it before your next order. Frequency changes are made by us rather than in your account.
What if I miss the cut-off to skip?
If a box has already been charged, email us and we will either refund it or credit your next delivery — whichever you prefer.
